Description
- Oversee procurement and Supply Chain operations.
- Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies to improve efficiency.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address Supply Chain issues.
- Lead, manage and develop the Supply Chain team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular Supply Chain performance reviews.
- Coordinate with finance to set budgets and monitor costs.
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of procurement and Supply Chain processes in the retail industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
