Support Administrator
Northamptonshire - Remote Working
Our client is the leading service provider of Managed Equipment Services (MES) for the NHS and the private health sector in the UK. They are currently looking for a UK Technical Support Administratorto join their Northamptonshire team working remotely (candidates must live within the Northamptonshire area)
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in providing professional administrative support along with excellent communication both written & verbal, with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support within the Technical Support Department
- Perform data mining activities on a variety of sources and producing reports as required
- Ensure equipment records and reports are managed, consolidated, and archived correctly
- Write, record, and distribute minutes for department meetings and other meetings as required
- Assist Senior technical Support Administrator with the management of engineers Test Equipment
- Ensure continuity of information within area of responsibility
- Undertake other reasonable tasks as directed by UK Technical Support Manager
- Comply with the Quality Assurance and Environmental, Health & Safety policies, and work to maintain a high standard of customer service and protect your health and safety as well as that of your colleagues, our customers, and members of the public. Promptly raise any concerns regarding potential violations of the policies
- May involve Travel UK wide as needed to perform Operational duties and to obtain or provide training
Key Accountabilities
- Directly support activities undertaken by the Technical Support team
- Undertake the daily administration processes involved in running Technical Operations across the UK
- Create and manage technical reports using various sources of data, coordinating with managers as needed
- The administration of UK Biomedical Operations systems
Performance Indicators
- Innovate and streamline administrative processes to ensure a timely response to requests for information, and safeguard data integrity
Skills and Experience
- Ability to manage substantial workloads, prioritising as appropriate
- Experience in administration
- Excellent Time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
Mobility Requirements
Role location - Based at home
UK travel - Yes, as necessary to fulfil role
