Support Worker – What We Do:
Our client provide home-care and companionship of the highest quality, in order to enable their clients to remain happily and independently at home for as long as possible.

Support Worker – You:

Your role will be spent day today caring and supporting our patients and service users, you will be on the frontline of our business working under CQC regulations, alongside social services, the ambulance service and the NHS.

Our service users suffer from Learning Disabilities and/or Autism this is an Adults and Children service you may be caring for Adults or/and Children.

You will be providing supervisory personal care, helping service users to prepare meals, manage billing/property and supporting them to live interpedently.

This position is so crucially important to our service users, our service users families, The NHS and social services. That we are only interested in speaking to candidates who have a true passion and desire to work within the care sector, If you do not have a genuine passion to you work within the care sector please do not apply.

You will receive full training for this role and do not need to have experience, the training is also based on your discretion - if you feel like you need more training in a certain area for example medication this can be provided to you to ensure that we are providing a safe service.

We provide NVQ qualifications level 1, 2 and 3 in health and social care - in order for you to progress your career.

- No previous care experience is required as full pre-employment training is provided

- Please note that we do require you to have your own reliable transport
