Our client, a Northamptonshire based council, are current recruiting an interim Supported Housing Manager post to cover an initial six month period.
Responsible to the Tenancy Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Councils sheltered service, the community alarm service and two Travellers sites. Managing and motivating your team to ensure that residents receive a high quality service and have the confidence to live independent and fulfilling lives.
- To provide leadership and strategic direction to staff in the Supported Housing Team.
- To develop good working relations with tenants so they have appropriate influence over the way in which their homes and sheltered housing schemes are managed.
- To exercise effective control over budgets, quality and performance in the Supported Housing team.
Applicants must possess an Enhanced DBS, access to a vehicle and be available to travel between the sites around the Kettering area.
