Systems Support Assistant - Band 5
Contract - Full-Time - Permanent
The post holder will maintain the inventory management system responsible for managing day to day system admin tasks including training and all upgrading packages.

The role of the Systems Support Assistant encompasses the following main responsibilities:
High levels of proactivity
IMS System support, guidance and training;
Catalogue management and Template management within IMS system;
Analysing data, interpreting and reporting results;
Advice and guidance based on results of analytical work;
Working on discreet projects, usually with other members of the Systems Team.
