Talent Acquisition Adviser

Our client, who act to resolve financial disputes are looking to on-board a Talent Acquisition Adviser, pay £20ph-£22ph, start ASAP, duration 6 months with a possible extension, this is a hybrid/remote working role, full time working Mon-Fri 35 hours a week. You will be put through a stringent vetting process prior to starting. The location of the client is Canary Wharf.
Purpose of the role.
As a Talent Acquisition Adviser, you will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Partners and colleagues to help provide the right number of people with the right skills to meet the organisation's overall strategy. To help our client find the best talent they can, you will proactively identify suitable candidates and generate names through publicly available information, using advanced internet sourcing techniques. Your ability to source the right talent will then allow you to sift and screen the highest calibre of candidates who apply through our applicant tracking system.
Attending briefing sessions with the Talent Acquisition Partner to fully understand the work our stakeholders do, so the job you are recruiting for is well articulated and understood.
Successfully sourcing candidates and building talent pipeline for the future using your knowledge of effective techniques such as job board posting, CV database searches and utilising LinkedIn Recruiter Licence.
Acting as a brand ambassador for our organisation. Building key relationships with prospect candidates to keep them engaged in the resourcing process.
Screening and managing applications, from initial conversations, right through till the end of their recruitment journey. Why work with Adecco:
