Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a National Charity in the recruitment of a Part Time Talent Acquisition CoOrdinator working 30 hours per week on a 12 month contract.
Working closely with the HR Team you will be responsible for providing a valued recruitment service that is end to end customer focussed.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Hiring Manager and providing advice on recruitment
- Advertising job descriptions
- Ensuring the onboarding process is efficient for new starters
- Ensuring all records and paperwork are retained in line with GDPR
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Managing the application process
- Identifying and implementing new recruitment processes
