Leicester City Centre – Hybrid Available (3 days office based ,2 days remote)
Role
- Managing and delivering the Talent Acquisition Strategy
- End to End Recruitment for a variety of roles throughout the business
- Delivering on resourcing plans in an agreed timely manner.
- Working in a busy team based in central Leicester .You will be attracting and recruiting talent across all job functions throughout the UK although a majority of roles will be in the Leicestershire /East Midlands area.
- Partnering with stakeholders, working closely with the Senior Management Team to establish recruitment needs.
- You will be building relationships with all hiring managers onsite to support them in their hiring process.
- You should have a proven and natural ability to quickly build rapport with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- You will be experienced in candidate attraction, search and selection and networking of quality candidates to introduce to the business via headhunting, LinkedIn, social media, job advertising,job boards and CV sourcing.
- You must be comfortable conducting initial telephone screens/interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- You will be creative and resourceful in engaging and attracting top talent for the business.
- Manging the candidate journey. Dealing with candidate feedback and always striving to improve the candidate experience and maintaining the candidate relationship long term for future roles.
- Generating the right candidates for the business and building & managing long term relationships with them.
- You will maintain and build a pipeline of candidates for high growth areas of the business .
- Ongoing support to line managers supporting staff retention by ongoing communication and building relationships with candidates directly hired.
- Onboarding and regular check ins / feedback /support of candidates hired in addition to their direct line managers.
- Partnering with external suppliers to ensure market trends and insights are used to attract to talent.
- Recruiting call centre, commercial and office based roles, some adhoc HR, Accountancy and some specialist roles when required.
- Managing the ATS and aim to make any improvements in process if required to ensure usage is optimised.
- Review and make changes to any policies and process to drive improvements.
- Deliver against targets.
- Promote the company culture and employee brand at all times.
Essential Experience
Talent Acquisition /Inhouse Recruitment /Internal requitement or Recruitment Consultants/Agency experience/Resourcing Manager /Candidate Manager
Experience of managing end to end recruitment and direct hiring.
Experience of creating and managing a smooth candidate journey
Proven background in candidate generation through social media /digital marketing and other creative innovative methods
Great communication -verbal and especially written.
Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities and work at pace
