It will be essential to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates to provide a seamless recruitment experience and deliver a more proactive recruitment process. Overview:
- Proactively build talent pipelines aligned to business areas utilising direct sourcing methods including Linkedin, job boards and network
- Effectively communicate with candidates, building engagement and relationships to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Become a subject matter expert in sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategies, engaging with recruiters and stakeholders as a trusted adviser and valued partner
- Utilise technology, to drive a more efficient and effective way of managing talent pipelines
- Opportunity to develop in the role and get involved in different projects.
Key Skills:
- A candidate with previous experience of recruitment administration in Agency, in-house or RPO who is looking to step into Talent Acquisition
- Proven ability with recruitment and direct sourcing for a range of roles and levels
- Personable and positive communication style to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Comfortable working in a fast pace and changing environment
