Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with an international company who are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist candidate to join their small close knit team. This position will working full time for 12 weeks covering the full 360 recruitment cycle, and is a great opportunity for someone to be part of a fantastic team based in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be a strong team player who is enthusiastic and creative, with the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business. Working in a fast-paced office, you will have a pro-active and positive attitude, with excellent organisation and communication skills. You will be responsible for talent attraction activities into the business and have a full understanding of roles that are needed, supporting with talent pooling, and making the right hires in a timely and efficient way.
Key duties of the role include:
• Attract top talent through various platform
• Provide exceptional customer service to both hiring managers and candidates
• Managing agency relationships
• Managing the recruitment process , ensuring candidates are offered in a timely and compliant manner
• Ensuring all hiring activities are logged
• Using various job boards to post adverts
• Working collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager, hiring managers and the HR team
• Support and promote the process for internal applicants
