Joining our independently owned group of hotels, your role will be a group role and you will be involved in attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. In your role as our Talent Acquisition Manager, some of your tasks will be to develop a talent acquisition strategy for all our hotels, perform analysis of hiring, attend career fairs, maintain engagement with job centres, colleges and universities, collaborate with senior management to address each hotel's staffing needs and revaluate group recruitment merchandising and content on the recruitment platform, making sure it is up to date and relevant

Reporting to the Group Director of Talent & Culture, your relationships with your peers are key to success but it's essential to be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business and be able to lead and provide strategic direction to the hotel teams.
You must have a solid working background working in Talent Acquisition and be able to plan and have a strategic mind for business; attention to detail is also vital as you'll be assisting to prepare annual budgets and other group talent related projects.
