Tax Manager (Accountancy Firm)
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Salary: £50k - £60k (DOE) + £6k Car Allowance
The Client:
Our client is a well-established Accountancy Firm, delivering accounting services to individuals, sole traders, unincorporated businesses, partnerships, and limited companies.
The Role:
As a Tax Manager, you will supervise and guide tax staff, creating a positive and enriching learning environment.
Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve intricate tax issues, delivering clear and comprehensive solutions.
* Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective tax services.
* Offer specialised tax advice to individuals, partnerships, companies, and trusts.
* Ensure meticulous oversight of tax compliance, guaranteeing precision and timely submissions.
* Collaborate with HMRC and regulatory bodies as needed.
* Drive business development by representing the firm at events and forging new client.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Tax Manager or in a similar role.
* Practical experience in a tax advisory role.
* Possess ATT / CTA qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
* Understanding of UK tax legislation and its practical application.
* Background in managing client relationships and portfolios.
