Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in their educational journey. Duties:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students with special needs or learning disabilities
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement educational strategies
- Assist in the supervision of students during class activities and outings
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students of diverse backgrounds
- Strong mentoring and tutoring skills
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with students who may have behavioral or learning challenges

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills
