Salary: 13.47 p/h
Location: Super short walk from Liverpool Street Station!
Hours: 08.00AM - 17.00PM - Monday to Thursday (not working Fridays!)

Contract: 4+ weeks (with HUGE potential to extend!)

- First point of contact for all guests and visitors ensuring all visitors are welcomed into the office
- Taking deliveries/sending out posts, answering phones, taking detailed messages
- Ensuring front of house area is presentable at all times
- Supporting Office Manager and rest of the office with any potential admin or ad hoc duties that need completing
- Setting up the kitchen areas
- Supporting with ensuring the kitchen area stays clean at all times
Is this you?
- Previous experience working within hospitality or retail environments
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Great attention to detail
