SalaryOne of the worlds largest library’s is seeking and experienced part time Team Administrator to support them on a temporary basis.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP (dependant on checks) for an initial 8 week period and will pay £13.15 per hour.
This is a part time role and will involve working on site at the Library 3 days per week, including Mondays. Working hours 10am to 6pm.
The Team Administrator will be the central point of contact for the department and will provide comprehensive admin support to managers within the team to include diary management, organising meetings, minute taking, data management and project support.
The ideal Team Admisnitartor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role supporting a wider team.
- IT proficient to include MS Office and able to pick up systems quickly.
- Proactive approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
