Job description

Title: Team Administrator - Stock Rationalisation
Contract Type: 2 year Fixed Term contract
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: West Ham Lane, Stratford
 or Sale, Manchester with regular travel to London *  

Persona: Agile, Office based 20-40%     

Salary: Dependant on experience and location

      London £25,995 to £30,859

      Outside of London £22,081 to £26,484

Are you organised, detail orientated and enjoy supporting others? Then our Team administrator role could be the role for you! We are looking for an Administrator to join our small but passionate Stock Rationalisation team, who are responsible for delivering a programme of tenanted stock transfers to/from other Registered Providers or Local Authorities.

The team work closely with multiple departments across L&Q as the Stock Transfer projects require input from all business areas. So strong communication and collaboration skills will be required.

The main duties will include arranging meetings, taking minutes, processing invoices, organising training, requesting information from colleagues, formatting letters and mail merges, updating excel spreadsheets and general administrative support.

Essential skills include:

·         Excellent written and oral communication

·         Intermediate Excel and MS Office ability 

·         Experienced in providing high-level Customer service

·         Strong organisational and planning skills

·         Able to work as part of a team and collaborate

·         Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

While knowledge of Stock Rationalisation/stock transfer is desirable, we would welcome candidates with transferrable skills and a background in housing and/or asset management.
