SalaryTeam Assistant required to support the Global Business Development Team of a prestigious American Investment House.
An extremely busy and fast paced role, you will support a team of 18, including 4 MD's, VP's, Analysts and Sales. Working on a global basis, they are seeking a switched on candidate with confidence and personality who enjoys working in a team. They are seeking someone with proven Team Assistant / PA experience, ideally gained from within the financial services sector and someone who is passionate about what you do!
Offering hybrid working within Central London, your daily remit will include:
- Heavy calendar and inbox management
- Booking complex, global travel itineraries
- Event management
- Meeting planning
- Client liaison
- Producing reports and presentations
- Managing expenses
- Overflow office management tasks
- Ad-hoc projects
