- Leading UK law firm
- Hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely
- Salary up to £30,000
Ideally seeking Administrative candidates with a minimum of a year’s experience from a law firm environment.
The Team Assistant will be providing administrative support to fee earners within their busy Intellectual Property team. Experience within billing would be beneficial however not essential.
Key Team Assistant Responsibilities:
- Diary Management
- Billing
- Document amendments
- File opening
- Filing of expenses, post, faxing and photocopying
- Taking notes at client meetings
- Coordinating meetings
