Team Assistant to HR Directors

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Team Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our two HR directors. You will be part of a friendly and professional team that works to deliver the best HR services and solutions for our charity organisation. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You should also have a passion for the charity sector and the causes we support.
What you'll be responsible for
Act as the main point of contact for the HR directors and handle their correspondence and queries. Manage their diaries and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Arrange travel and accommodation and prepare travel documents. Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Attend meetings and take minutes and action points. Maintain and update the HR directors' filing system and contact database. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR directors.
Essential Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
