Key Responsibilities of the chosen Team Assistant:
- Efficiently handle client documents, run conflict searches, and organise files
- Complete CRM reporting, maintaining accurate client information
- Support document preparation, from typing to proofreading
- Assist in billing processes, including summary bill reports and expenses
- Drive team organisation, arranging meetings, and updating work allocations
- Build client relationships, process calls, and troubleshoot issues
- Cover Reception and handle basic email communications
- Ensure overall office efficiency by tidying, clearing, and logging IT queries
Qualifications/Requirements of the appointed Team Assistant:
- Previous experience in a similar role/environment
- CHH system knowledge/experience - necessary!
- Proficient in Excel, and strong Microsoft skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to help, and strong organisational skills
- Professional telephone manner and ability to handle confidential information
- Initiative, collaboration, with strong attention to detail
