Team Assistant - Client Facing Investment Firm

Exciting Team Assistant opportunity for you to join this International Global Investment Firm.
As a Team Assistant, you will be joining a leading Client Facing Investment firm and will be based in their asset management division. You will play a pivotal role working closely with the MD and the team to ensure a seamless day. You will have experience managing a busy schedules to orchestrating their daily international travel arrangements. You'll be at the forefront of the team's success.
You must be an Assistant with 3 – 5 years of experience who has had worked within the investment sector or professional services. 
You will be an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has a passion for making things happen. 
This is an opportunity for a Team Assistant that is ambitious, a highly organised individual and a clear communicator who is focused on developing their career within the investment sector.
Ideally, you will be an Assistant within the investment sector, private equity, asset management or professional services.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited too:

• Complex diary management
• Coordinating across multiple time zones
• International travel arrangements.
• Providing support to the wider team.

Essential experience/requirements:

• 3-5 years of Assistant experience in the investment sector or professional service
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Clear communication
