Team Assistant For Family Office

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic new role within one of our longest standing clients; a 30+ person strong private family-office with offices near Bond street/Marylebone. A Team Assistant role, candidates can expect to get involved in general office admin and errand running, as well as taking on junior PA style duties such as international travel, booking, event coordination and diary management. A varied role designed to give someone excellent insight into the running of the firm, and an opportunity to learn from more experienced PAs. The ideal candidate would have some corporate/commercial experience, either on reception or as a Team Assistant, but the client is open on background. What’s crucial to success in this role, is a superb work ethic, reliability, commitment to getting things done, and a really muck in, humble attitude.
