One of our longest standing clients, a fabulous private family office based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Team Assistant/PA to join their team. This family office has interests in fashion, property, technology and so much more so this role will offer amazing exposure and personal development. This particular role will be supporting the Operations Manager and Head of Family Services and is really the glue that keeps things together. Each day will look different, so we are looking for a candidate that is adaptable and proactive.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with meticulous property management list keeping.
• Always be one step ahead, pre-emptive and reminding.
• Liaising heavily with contractors in a confident manner.
• Attending servicing appointments – reporting back to operations team.
• Prepare and organising documents, presentations, updating spreadsheets.
• Providing PA support to Operations Director as required.
• Assisting with various projects: refurbishments, researching tasks e.g., sourcing furniture, purchasing etc
• Ability to manage and deliver on some ad hoc basic research projects, e.g., Events Management, Complex luxury holidays, the Fine Art portfolio and the Family Car Fleet etc.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality.
• Handle expense reporting and financial matters, including reconciling receipts, tracking expenses, and preparing reports. Be confident liaising with Family members, domestic and office staff.
• High levels of cooperation with other team members and demonstrating a strong commitment to team values

We are open on experience - exposure to property previously would be incredibly useful but this is not a prerequisite. Essential personality traits include; tenacious, ability to multi-task, energetic, high attention to detail, ability to collaborate and form strong relationships.
