In this role you will support the Private Client team of 20, including 5 Partners.
Unlock Your Potential with Key Responsibilities as a Team Assistant/PA:
- Masterfully handle client documents, conduct conflict searches, and maintain meticulous file organisation
- Execute CRM reporting, ensuring the accuracy of client information
- Support document preparation, from typing to meticulous proofreading
- Contribute to billing processes, including crafting summary bill reports and managing expenses
- Spearhead team organisation by coordinating meetings and updating work allocations
- Cultivate client relationships, manage calls, and adeptly troubleshoot issues
- Take charge of Reception coverage and efficiently handle basic email communications
- Ensure overall office efficiency by tidying up, clearing spaces, and logging IT queries
Qualifications/Requirements of the Chosen Team Assistant/PA:
- Proven experience in a similar dynamic role/environment
- Essential expertise in CCH systems
- Proficiency in Excel and robust Microsoft skills
- Embrace a positive attitude, demonstrate a willingness to assist, and showcase strong organisational skills
- Exhibit a professional telephone manner and the ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive initiative, collaborative spirit, and impeccable attention to detail
