We are working with a high-net-worth Family Office based in Central London that is looking to recruit a highly skilled and dedicated Team Assistant TO SUPPORT their current Secretariat team. This is a varied position that will require a great deal of flexibility in terms of duties, and a ‘can-do’ positive attitude. This is a small and welcoming team, based in beautiful offices in Marylebone, London.
Responsibilities will include general administration and organisation for the Secretariat team and wider offices, greeting visitors, running errands, gifting, managing deliveries, research, assisting with projects, and other ad-hoc duties. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be well-presented, organised, efficient, proactive and willing.
This is a relatively junior role, so does not require a great deal of experience however, our client would like candidates to have at least 1-2 years of previous administration experience.
Due to the nature of the role, this is a full office-based position. Usual office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, however, there will be a need for flexibility at times, as well as contractability outside of these hours.
