Do you have experience working as an EA / PA from a financial or professional services firm?

Our client is looking for a resourceful, self-starter to support 2 senior executives plus some team support in a newly created role.

There is an opportunity for 1 day a week wfh, but you’ll need an in-office working attitude as this is what makes the office a great place to be!

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Gatekeeping – managing a high volume of calls and emails
• Day to day diary management for senior members of the team
• Booking travel – itineraries, visas, hotels etc
• Organising meetings and all associated logistics
• Liaising with internal colleagues and external clients on a daily basis
• Organising events and client entertainment
• Building strong working relationships with all members of the admin team, supporting each other at all times

The skills you need to bring:

• EA / PA experience from a financial/professional services background
• Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player approach, keen to work on different projects
• Professional and discreet approach
• Pitch-in mentality
