Hourly Rate: 13.85- 14.85
Hours per week: 37.5 Mixture of lates, earlies and long days

Requirements for the Team Leader Residential Care) role:
Dementia care training (desirable)
Working towards or obtained NVQ 3 or equivalent in health & social care
Experience in organising , implementing training , chairing meetings (desirable but not essential)
Experience of risk assessment, care plans and reviews

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalised and person-centred care plans.
Continuously assess, implement, and evaluate service users care.
Adopt safe working practices in accordance with the services policies.
Meet the minimum CQC standards and maintain professional CQC relationship.
Ensure personal development (continuous) and mandatory training is kept up to date.
Set and maintain the highest standard of care in the service
Support and Mentor your team of care staff and guide them to provide the best positive outcomes for our residents.
