About the role:
This role is based in Stafford but will be expected to manage the team pan Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.
As a Team Leader you will be:
- Managing dedicated caseworkers
- Leading on partnership development with referral sources
- Assisting with performance management and insights into the service
You will need:
- a good understanding of domestic abuse
- good organisational skills
- managerial experience
