I am seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to member to join an experienced team in the Cannock area.
The Service:
In the clients Supported Living and outreach services, individuals with a learning disability and autism are supported within their own homes to live as independently and as safely as possible.
The Role:
- To be responsible for the management of a Supported Living scheme
- Oversee the day to day management of a beautiful housing scheme, providing person centered services to individuals living in their own apartments
- To develop and co-ordinate a flexible, high quality service for adults with a learning disability and autism.
- To ensure the services are of high quality and compliant with CQC regulations.
Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualification such as NVQ/H&SC Diploma Level 4/5
- Experience within the Supported Living sector
- Passionate and enthusiastic about delivering quality care
