SalaryLiquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join a busy Safeguarding Team based in Blackburn and Darwen.

Your main responsibilities as a Team Manager:
You will line manage a small team of dedicated Social Work Practitioners, utilising the support of the dedicated Advanced Practitioner for Safeguarding Adults and a dedicated Advanced Practitioner for the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding Officers.
What we are looking for in a Team Manager:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
