What is the job role?
An exciting opportunity to join the Through Care service for a 12 month fixed term post as a Team Manager for Care Leavers.
As a member of a service management team, the job role will take responsibility for the management, delivery and development of an effective and efficient service for children, young people, their families and Care Leavers.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
