SalaryConnect2Dudley have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join the flourishing Children in Care team within Childrens Services.
Hours - 37 hours per week
Competitive pay rate of £41.42 per hour
Hybrid working - 3 days at home, 2 days office based with the exception of one week per month being fully office based

Primary purpose of the role-
This is a busy Children in Care team in Dudley but has children who are placed all over the country. They are looking for an experienced Team Manager who is experienced in Care planning to come and join the team whilst we recruit to the permanent position. Managing a team of 5 social workers and one advance practitioner completing all the management task including chairing strategy meetings, permanency planning meetings, disruption meetings, stability meetings and completing monthly supervision
Requirements-
- MUST be registered with Social Work England
- MUST have previous experience as a Social Work Team Manager within a local authority setting
- MUST have Right to Work in the UK
- MUST have a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience and a complete ASYE
