If you're ready to work for a business that is truly revolutionising the Social space, they're looking for a Technical Client Services Manager to join their Monetization Customer Experience Team and make an impact on the business and communities they play in.

As a Technical Client Services Manager you will:

• Collaborate with sales/advertisers for end-to-end troubleshooting and operational support for the platforms Ads product, ensuring delivery via a ticketing workflow model per agreed service KPIs.
• Engage with sales teams, developing Branding Ads product pitching materials, and presenting as a product SME during client queries.
• Facilitate Ads inventory bookings, working closely with internal and legal teams to close contracts on time.
• Liaise with internal pricing teams and advertisers for product pricing and rate care management, managing the entire flow of communications.
• Troubleshoot campaigns pre and post-launch, providing proactive and reactive reporting, including post-mortem analysis for insights and recommendations.
• Support new feature launches across the product portfolio, acting as the Voice of the Customer for fixes and advocating for efficient resolution.

As a Technical Client Services Manager you will need:

• 4+ years Digital Advertising background (AdTech or Ad Agency)
• BA or BS - practical experience
• Ideally experience in pitching, campaign planning and sales presentations
• Competent with Social Media, with experience in FMCG or CPG advertising verticals
• French speaking
