A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Technical Sales Advisor to join this distributor of underfloor heating for trade and retail customers. This role is office based Mon-Fri and it would be ideal for an experienced plumber or electrician who is looking to come off the tools or for someone who has completed a plumbing or electrical apprenticeship but looking for an office based role where they can excel using their technical knowledge and strong customer service skills.
THE ROLE
Providing technical support and advise to both trade and retail customers on both water and electrical underfloor heating systems
Ensuring all customer queries are responded to within agreed time frames to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Providing support for both trade and retail customers in installing their systems
Responsible for talking end users through the programming and understanding of how best to utilise the underfloor heating systems
Dealing with customer enquiries both over the phone and via email
KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Product training will be given, but previous plumbing or electrical knowledge is essential
Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner
Ability to give instructions and advice in a clear and concise manner
