Are you a Heating, HVAC or Building Services Engineer that is looking to get off the tools and improve on your work-life balance with a well-established, friendly and supportive company that can offer an excellent package and working conditions.
This company specialises in the construction, installation, maintenance and management of oil, gas and renewable energy systems to clients particularly in the commercial marketplace. They are also heavily involved in delivering Building Services projects, and are looking to expand their team of staff based out of their new offices in Birmingham that'll tie into their expansion across the UK.
In this role you will be supporting both customers and internal engineering staff by providing assistance and guidance concerning company products & installations such as boilers, pumps, pressurisation units, chillers and air handling units.
The ideal candidate will come from a hands-on background in a relevant industry or discipline such as HVAC, Plumbing & Heating or Building Services. Importantly, they will be at the point in their career where they will be looking for an off-the-tools job where they can utilise their knowledge and expertise to help support others, while still being in a technically challenging role.

The role:
* Providing technical guidance and support to both internal engineers and external customer base
* Aiding in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues concerning products and installations
* Presenting technical information in an understandable manner to non-technical people
* Inputting into the product improvement process
* Liaising with design and commissioning teams to identify, explore and resolve technical issues
The person
* Relevant qualification and experience in Plumbing & Heating, Building Services or HVAC
* Demonstrable and thorough understanding of equipment involved in their profession
* Highly organised and comfortable using Microsoft packages
* Excellent communication skills and capable of presenting technical information in simple manner
