Main duties & responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE -
- This role you will be the first point of contact for customers when enquiring about our industrial gearbox repair and supply services.
- To provide support for network and customers within the Industrial Gearbox Power Transmission offering.
- Dealing with technical enquiries, you will provide internally based product, application and commercial support to service centre network and customers.
- Develop an in depth knowledge of the core product range supporting the industrial gearbox repair specialists.
- Responsible for the day to day functionality and all administration duties relating to the support of the industrial gearbox repair facility including:
- Receiving incoming communication from customers internal / external and suppliers and liaising regarding service requirements.
- Raising of Jobs on EOS.
- Managing customer & supplier orders and expediting making sure the products are ordered.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of individual jobs.
- Ensure the compliance to quality standards / systems and processes.
- Ensure that the customers are informed of delivery dates and that they are promptly informed of problems that develop through the team.
- Responsible for the efficient control and progress of individual jobs.
- Interpreting customer requirements and communicating internally to the team where necessary.
- Liaising with customer contacts to ensure service and delivery are maintained / achieved.
- Identifying and sourcing of maintenance requirements for the area in support of the practical facility.
Develop sound customer relationships both internally and externally.**
Participate in and ensure the call out system effectively supports the customer's needs.**
