Probus are proud to partner with one of the world’s leading electrical manufacturing businesses. Due to expansion our client are looking to a hire Technical Support Engineer for their leading Emergency Lighting division based out of their Manufacturing site in Leeds.
What you need…
Electrical Qualifications
3+ years electrical design experience essential
Experience of Emergency Lighting and/or central battery (UPS) systems preferred
Experience using the following packages: AutoCAD, Dialux, Relux
To be within commutable distance of Leeds

The role
- Creating Emergency Lighting designs and all related technical documentation and calculations needed for the offering process and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the different local and regional sales teams providing Technical Support on products, systems, application including finding cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborating with the different operational teams to fulfill their customer satisfaction targets having the focus on Sales.
- Contributing Technical Support in the after-sales stage related to customer quality issues, field service activities and remote support.
- Assisting the Product and Marketing Group with providing technical details on products, systems and regulations/standards for them to create appropriate documentation.
