Job title: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Shipley (Full Time)
Salary: £25,000 - £33,000
I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing data-product-based tech company based in Shipley. They've developed a unique product that solves an extremely common business problem and at the same time, dramatically reduces a business's carbon footprint.
This role will see you involved in projects as well as supporting the organisation's big-name clients. Given the data-heavy nature of this organisation's product, it's essential you are experienced when it comes to SQL Server with the ability to read, write, and interpret complex queries.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support for the organisation's in house developed products (SaaS)
- Performing software installations and data imports
- Investigating (analysis/diagnosis) and resolving queries seeing through to completion
- Performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Planning, implementation, and maintenance of security
- Managing data backups
- Performing software installations/Patching
- Data migration and conversion tasks
- General server maintenance
Required skills and experience
- 2nd line Technical Support Experince
- 1+ years SQL experience (reading, writing and interpreting queries)
- Experience of supporting a range of technologies, any experience of supporting bespoke software would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills
