For the successful Technical Support Engineer our client is offering:
• Monday to Friday (0845 - 1730)
• Permanent Role
• Benefits: 23 days annual leave plus public bank holidays, long service increment up to 25 days, Company Car £450 p/month, Business Mileage, Expenses, Company pension, Employee discount
The role - Technical Support Engineer :
• Assess repair data to identify failure trends and opportunities for improvement
• New product assessments including first spares orders, document review and training requirements
• Performance reviews with service partners
• Product Assessments and Issue Management
What our client is looking for in a Technical Support Engineer :
• Ability to repair consumer electronics - ESSENTIAL
• IT Literacy; MS Excel and Word - ESSENTIAL
• Ability to coach others / engineers with regard to new product knowledge and processes
• This role will travel to: Leeds (office), Normanton, Coventry, Stoke and Newark - Clean Drivers License - ESSENTIAL
