Job Description:
- Ensure all websites are effectively tested and documented, including client feedback
- Manage, check and cleanse all external data received from clients and/or suppliers
- Manage the development and launch of technology solutions including email communications, registration websites, virtual environments and apps
- Lead the creation and management of post-event surveys working with internal teams to produce actionable feedback results and analysis
- Understanding and market awareness of other event technology solutions
- Recommend functionalities and up-sell on additional plug in technology
- Set-up reports in accordance with the project requirements and ensure that templates are in place
- Take responsibility for monitoring and training new team members where required on data-handling processes for assigned projects
- Lead client update calls for assigned projects, delivering the status of the Technology elements
- Suggest and implement process improvements for client processes & procedures
- Attend ‘kick-off’ meetings to understand all requirements for assigned projects
- Ensure excellent supplier relationships
Person Specification:
- Must have experience of working with Cvent and previous experience in a similar role
- Strong data analysis skills – filtering and summarizing data
- Passion for what you do, a desire to be all engaging, creative and keen to build a unique service offering in-house
Additional Information:
- Based in Leatherhead
- £34,000 – £38,000
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
