A Brand New opportunity for a Telemarketer to join an established Property Tech Software company, currently serve over 90% of the private Scottish factoring market and rapidly expanding. By continuously improving and developing their product they are not only keeping up but are ahead of the curve. As the Telemarketer you will be responsible for researching Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), identifying decision-makers within targeted businesses, and gathering essential information such as business size and best contact details. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate through conversations to extract relevant information.
Part-time - 20 hours / remote working / very occasional requirement to travel
Main Responsibilities:
- Research Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs): Conduct thorough research to identify and understand the characteristics of the ideal customer for our products/services.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine and update Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Identify Decision-Makers: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and engage in conversations to identify key decision-makers within the organization.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
- Gather Business Information: Extract relevant information about the size and structure of the targeted businesses. Record accurate and detailed data on potential clients, including their needs, preferences, and any specific requirements.
- Build and Maintain a Database: Create and update a comprehensive database of potential clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the information. Utilize CRM tools to manage and organize customer data effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales team to share insights and collaborate on strategies to approach potential clients effectively.
- Provide regular updates on progress and challenges faced during the telemarketing process.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or similar outbound calling role.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyse data and identify key trends.
- Educated to Grades A- C (or equivalent) in Maths and English GCSE.
- Excellent communication skills is a must, with a high level of verbal communication with the ability to articulate product and service features and benefits.
- Be Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in recording and maintaining customer information.
- Be a team player and have the ability to work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve common goals.
- Have the resilience in handling rejection and overcoming challenges encountered during telemarketing activities.
- Experience within Property Management/PropTech or knowledge of Monday - advantageous
Salary - GBP12,480
Permanent Part-Time Hours - Remote Working
Preferred hours: 4hrs 5 days or 5hrs 4 days - during office hours
Occasional travel - a couple of times a year for team building events
