We are recruiting for a well established and growing manufacturing company in the Bridlington area. Who are looking for a passionate payroller and purchase ledger assistant? Where you would be able to work in a modern office environment, who would consider study support for the right candidate.
What the Accounts Assistant job involves
- Process Purchase ledger invoices, code & match to delivery note
- Resolve supplier and purchase ledger queries
- Investigate stock issues
- Posting and processing of credit card, petty cash, PayPal, and staff expenses
- Weekly submission of agency hours and permanent staff hours, timesheets and attendance records
- Prepare 4-Weekly hourly payroll and check payslips to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve any payroll related queries
Skills required
- Previous experience of working in a purchase ledger or Accounts Assistant role
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage your own workload
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Happy to work as part of a team
- Ability to build excellent relationships with colleagues and suppliers

- Full-time 40 hours Monday to Friday
