Hays are pleased to be working with a local organisation based in Aberdeen to support their team's requirement for an additional member of staff within their finance team. This role is being offered on a part-time, temporary basis within their office close to the city centre.
Your new role
This will be a part-time office-based role working 20-25 hours per week. Working closely with a small team, duties will include:
Daily invoice processing using SAGE
Bank reconciliations
Payment runs
Expenses management
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant, as well as strong working knowledge of SAGE.
You must be able to multitask and prioritise your workload.
