RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Guildford for a Temporary Floating Support Worker.
This is a full time, temporary position, offering an hourly rate of £13.12.
Main Duties:
- Provide tailored support to individuals residing in 'move on' properties.
- Assist clients in developing essential life skills and accessing community resources.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify needs and develop support plans accordingly.
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive appropriate services.
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to provide holistic support.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a support role is essential.
- Access to own car is required for this position.
- Comfortable with hybrid roles and lone working.
- Must possess an enhanced DBS with Adults Barred List clearance
