Temporary PA

Immediate Temporary PA required for 2 week temporary PA assignments starting Monday 29th January - based in the central London area, either in the office or working remotely.

You will be covering the PA to the CEO of a busy office, with general PA duties, diary management, organising meetings, and general administrative assistance as required.

• Temp PA assignment starting Monday 29th January
• £20 per hour / 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, office based or remote.

We are looking for: an approachable, organised, friendly and confident individual, who is available immediately for this temporary PA assignment - we are extremely busy with temporary assignments at the moment and there will be other assignments available once this is completed.

Temp PA tasks include:

• PA duties such as diary management, booking meetings, managing calendar
• Booking travel and hotels
• Answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages
• General administrative support
