Temporary PA
Your opportunity to be involved in a fragment of London’s event industry! A lively London venue is seeking a temporary Personal Assistant to manage and coordinate its CEO and CFO’s business and personal affairs. You’ll be based in an extremely fun, fast paced office hidden inside of a London Club, surrounded by a friendly, dynamic team. This role is to cover the current PA for a ten-week period. All candidates must be available immediately.
This is such a fantastic opportunity for someone super interested in the industry and wanting to get their foot in the door in this type of support role.
Duties include:
- Full diary management - meetings, personal appointments, setting general reminders
- Booking travel and accommodation, internationally and domestically
- Managing imboxes and separating the important ones to the junk
- Processing expenses and approving holiday days
- Posting pre-prepared content for marketing
- Ensuring the CEO and CFO are where and when they need to be somewhere
Prior 6-months experience in a support role is strongly required, alongside good organisational and communicational skills.
