Temporary, Part Time Executive Assistant

Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant Research & Development - 6 month contract

Location: New Haw

Hours: Part-Time, Temporary 15- 22 hours per week

Are you passionate about scientific research and eager to make a meaningful contribution to the team? Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a temporary, part-time Research and Development Coordinator for 6 months. (15-22 hour a week)

The client is committed to advancing research and as a Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues at all levels and engage with research organisations to drive essential research forward.

Duties Include

• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as purchase orders, filing systems, travel arrangements, and handling inquiries.
• Organising meetings, including regular catchups, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Assisting in promoting R&D activities through newsletters, arranging meetings with interested parties, and facilitating communication

Skills and Experience

• Experience in organizing meetings with attendees from multiple organisations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage with program partners.
• A keen interest in working within a scientific environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 packages (Word Excel, Outlook) - Training will be given for in-house IT systems.
