Sales Support Administrator
Location: Guildford
Type: Temporary – 3 Months (with the potential to be extended)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 5pm
Pay Rate: £12-13ph DOE + Holiday Pay + Free Parking
Our client are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their friendly team in their beautiful offices located in Guildford.
Main Duties
Interacting with resellers/customers over the telephone and email
Managing complaints and directing them to the relevant team.
Reviewing documentation ensuring all information is up to date and complete
Chasing outstanding information/documentation where necessary
Evaluating lease requests and communicating approval or rejection.
Providing support with the contract settlement process.
