3 - 6 month temporary HR advisor required. Hybrid and flexible working. This role involves providing effective HR advice and support to an established industrial/manufacturing team. The Temp HR Advisor will play a vital role in policy implementation, employee relations, and recruitment within the Human Resources department.

Description
- Providing HR advice in line with organisational policies and procedures
- Supporting managers with employee relations including performance, conduct and absence management
- Assisting in the recruitment process from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new employees
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documents
- Implementing and promoting equality and diversity policies
- Assisting in the development and review of HR policies and procedures
- Conducting regular HR audits to ensure compliance
- Supporting learning and development initiatives within the organisation
Profile
A successful Temp HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Knowledge and understanding of HR practices and legislation
* Experience in a HR role within the industrial / manufacturing sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Offer
- £35,000 - £40,000 pro rata
- 37 hours a week
- 2-3 days working from home
- flexi time, office hours worked over can be taken as additional holidays
- You can start up to 10am each day and leave as early as 3:30pm.
