We are seeking a Tenancy Progression Coordinator to join our ambitious London Living Rent team. London Living Rent offers customers affordable homes for rent, on secure tenancies with the option to purchase via shared ownership or outright sale.
In this new role at L&Q we are looking for someone customer focused, self-motivated, target driven and with an interest in the London property market.
Reporting to the Lettings Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a successful team supporting the customer journey for our customers.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
· Knowledge of the London Lettings market
· Ability to negotiate tenancy agreement terms.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Collaboration skills and able to demonstrate stakeholder management
· Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment with a track record of meeting deadlines.
Duties will include:
· Managing the customer databases, ensuring records are up to date and accurate
· Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
· Dealing with incoming lettings enquiries
· Supporting the tenancy referencing process
· Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to
